It’s been awhile since my last post.  I hope you glean from this, it blessed my heart as the Lord gave it to me and said to pass it along.

The question is asked, “have you received, since you believed?” in Acts chapter 19 and vs 19-24. And they said unto him, “we have not so much as heard whether there be any Holy Ghost”.

Now Christ had already told the disciples not to go anywhere until they received the Spirit baptism (Acts 1:4) and Paul asked this question of them who were followers of Jesus Christ though the water baptism that John the Baptist had performed unto repentance, but John also told people that there would be another baptism that was not of water but the Holy Ghost(which is the comforter and keeper, and fire (which is the power), look @ Matthew 3:11-17.

Most of us that are filled with the Holy Spirit often equate that speaking with other tongues is the sign of being filled but there are other signs that show that the Spirit of God is living on the inside of you and it’s the fruit that has been produce in your life and still growing and your works though the power of the Holy Spirit that is moving in your life. These will reflect a different lifestyle and by these all men shall know whom you belong to.

The fruit must stay on the vine that has produced it and continue to grow if, by any chance that fruit does not grow it will rotten and fall to the ground and it is not good for consumption. It is unproductive and dead. We do not say that tongues are not important because they are, it is the language that comes along side of you in prayer when you don’t know what to pray (Romans 8:26), and to offer a more excellent praise. So, you want to receive all the Lord promised you.
